Are you thinking of joining a Corvette Club?

Why you should consider joining Corvette-Troy.

Corvette Troy is a multi-directional club that affords its members many ways to enjoy their car along with their friends.

The club has prided itself on being able to offer new and existing members more ways to use and appreciate their Corvette.  Listed below are some of the many  ways to have fun as a member of Corvette-Troy.

Social Activities.  The social side of our club continues to grow with, at a minimum, a monthly social event year around.  Most are local get togethers, but some may involve a whole day, or even a couple of days away, such as our annual fall color tour.  From time to time, we will put together longer trips that will take us to larger national Corvette events.  Parades today are almost year around, but the schedule is fullest in the summer and fall seasons.  In this day, you can find a cruise-in almost every weekend, and from time to time we form and participate as a group.

Racing Activities.  We have a racing program that includes autocrossing, rally’s, an annual drag event, and is strong and continues to look new directions, such as HPDE (high performance driving experience) at well-known road courses.  As the club has aged, we have matured, and that has taken us in many directions.

Charity Support.  We have a charitable arm (501c3) that has seen the club provide more than $360,000 dollars to charity over the last 24 years.  We have a yearly Gala Benefit Drawing where we give two brand new Corvettes away in one evening.  Most of the funds raised goes to the Greater Dayton Chapter of Spina Bifida.  To raise $25,000 annually is not an easy job but it is a fun one, and many members have stepped up to give support to such a worthwhile cause.  We can always use a couple of more hands. At Christmas time we have a party for the Spina Bifida kids.

Besides the above, we have a monthly business meeting which is operated in a family atmosphere, which normally occurs on the 4th Monday of the month, at the Englewood Civic Center at 7:30 PM .  It is open to guests and perspective members.  It lasts about an hour and then it is off to Pizza and refreshments at Marion ’s.

Should you ever have a question about the club, feel free to contact myself or any member on the e-board, (email address’s can be found on the main page on the left).

Please come join us and participate in the activities of your choosing.  Our only criteria for membership is owning a Corvette.
