When: Saturday, February 4h, 2006. Starting at 6:00pm

Where: Pinnacle Banquet & Catering Center. 1375 W. St. Rt 55 at I-75 Troy. (Located inside the Best Western Hotel main entrance) 

Cost: $20.00 per Member. (NON-REFUNDABLE) or $28.00 per Non-member. (N-R)

Reservations Please by: January 23rd.

Cocktails 6:00 -  7:00 (cash bar),  Buffet Dinner at 7:00, Presentations at 8:00.  Followed by a fantastic Slide show and conversation..  

  Menu to include:

Appetizer of cheese & fruit display w/ assorted crackers,

Greek Salad w/ fresh Mixed Greens/Greek  & Ranch dressing,

Waldorf Salad  / Deviled eggs

Carved Roast Prime Rib of Beef

Baked Chicken w/light cream sauce & 

  fresh mushrooms, Vegetable Lasagna, 

Chef’s Vegetable Blend, Twice-Baked Potatoes

Desserts: Apple Pie, Chocolate Layer Cake, & Ice Cream
