Parades 2006

Monday, May 29th Troy Memorial Day Parade: Line up at 8:30 AM behind the Troy High School on Ferguson Dr. Directions - I-75 to exit 74 turn east (into town) on Main Street, go approx. 6 traffic lights and turn left on Adams St., cross over bridge.  At Staunton and Adams there is a 4 way stop, go straight.  Turn right at first opportunity which will take you in back of the Jr. High School.  Follow drive around and you will be in the back of the High School where we will line up.

Saturday, June 3rd, Troy Strawberry Festival Parade:  Line up at 8:45 AM. Details will be provided when you sign up.  Parade Pass is required.

Saturday, June 10th, Stagecoach Days Parade – Parade begins at 12:00 noon – more details when I receive.

Saturday, June 10th, Versailles Poultry Day Parade Line up at 10:00 parade begins at 11:00.  Will need 5-6 cars to haul Strawberry Queen Court. Directions: I-75 to Exit 74, go West on St Rt 41 to Covington.  In Covington where 41 T's into High Street, turn Right.  Go North on 48, turn Left (West) on 185.  Turn Right on Versailles South East Rd.  Few curves, but will take you into Versailles.  You will be instructed as to where to line up.

Saturday, June 24th, Moraine Heritage Festival Parade Line up at 9:00 at the City of Moraine Municipal Building. Parade at 10:00. Directions:  City of Moraine meet at City of Moraine Municipal Building.

Tuesday, July 4th,  Troy 4th of July Parade: Line up at 8:30 AM in front of the Troy High School Stadium. Directions - I-75 to exit 74 turn east (into town) on Main Street, go approx. 6 traffic lights and turn left on Adams St., cross over bridge.  At Staunton and Adams (4 way stop) turn right. Troy High School Stadium will be on your right.

Tuesday, July 4th,  West Milton 4th of July Parade: Line up at 10:30 am, Parade starts 11:00 am.  Need 6 cars to haul Council Members. Directions: West Milton is located on St Rt. 48.  Line up will be at West Milton Municipal building on South Main (which is St Rt. 48)..

Tuesday, July 4th,  Yellow Springs 4th of July Parade: Line up at 2:30 pm at Family Health Center on Xenia Ave (RT. 68) at the south end of town.  Parade
starts at 3:30 pm. 

Friday, July 28th,  Vectren Dayton Air Show Parade in Vandalia at 7:00 pm :

Saturday, July 29th,  Annie Oakley Parade: Line up at 9:00 am in the Greenville City Park.  Parade starts at 10:00 am.  We will be hauling the Strawberry
Queen Court.  Directions:  I-75 take exit 74 (St Rt 41) Go west to Covington and turn right at T in Covington (St Rt 48).  At third light turn left onto St Rt 36 West.  Follow St Rt. 36 to Greenville.  At 1st stop light turn right (Ohio Street).  At 1st stop sign turn left on East Main Street - stay in left lane.  At 1st light (looks like a Y) go left.  Turn right at next light and enter the park area.  Parade organizer will direct you to lineup. Center on Xenia Ave (RT. 68) at the south end of town. 

Saturday, August 12th, Englewood Festival Parade: Line up at  8:00 am on Union Road - between Gateway & Wenger Roads.  We will be hauling the Strawberry Queen Court. Special Note: We have invited the Spina Bifida children/adults to ride in the Corvettes during this parade.  

Saturday, September 23rd, Tipp City Mum Festival Parade: Line up around 9:00-9:30 am, Parade starts at 10:00 am. No information on line up location at this time.

Thursday, September 28^th West Carrollton Homecoming: Need 8 cars. We need to meet 6:00 PM at the Middle School - same place they have met the last few years.

Friday, September 29^th Vandalia Butler Homecoming: Need 15 cars.  We need to meet 5:30 PM in grassy area next to Fire Station #1 on North Dixie Dr (north of National Rd. )

Friday, October 6^th Miami East Homecoming:  Need 10 cars.  We need to meet 6:30 in front of the High School.  School is located east of Troy on St Rt 589, address is 3825 St Rt 589, Troy , OH ,

Saturday, October 7^th Fort Rowdy Gathering in Covington: Need 6 cars to haul the Strawberry Queen Court .  Line up at 9:00 AM, parade at 10:00.

Saturday, October 7th, Cedarville Homecoming Parade: Line up around 8:00-8:30 will need 12 Corvettes, Line up is at Church's, same as in the past.

Thursday, October 12^th Beavercreek Homecoming: Need 15 cars.  We need to meet 5:30 at the Main School , east parking lot, which is located at 2942 Dayton/Xenia Rd. corner of Haines and Dayton/Xenia.  If Haines Rd. is blocked off, just tell the officer you are in the parade and need to get to Main School .  Connie and Mike Combs have invited everyone back to their home for pizza - bring own drinks.

Friday, October 13^th Stebbins Homecoming: Need 12 – 14 cars – will meet across street from High School at 5:00.
