  We have approved a new competition rulebook, with a few content changes, but a major “reformat” especially of the “what can I change on my car”  area. This will now be in a spreadsheet/table format, which should make it easier for you to understand. 

  The NCCC VP of Competition has highlighted in yellow, the areas that actually represent a changes in the rules.  You can download the new rulebook as a PDF on the NCCC site.  Competition Rule Book, click here  There will be no “printed” rulebooks sent out, only CD’s.
