Color Tour: Bill Reynolds will be leading us to Asheville NC , to tour the Biltmore House, on October 17-18-19th. So mark your calendars, and save a day of vacation.           Link below on this page for On-line information about the Biltmore House !

 

Friday Oct. 17th

–       Leaving from Bob Evens on Byers rd, approx 7am (not breakfast)

–       Breakfast stop – south of Cincinnati

–       Lunch – still TBD

–       Arrive Ashville approx 4pm

–       Check in at Ramada Biltmore, this is a “Holidome” type hotel, with indoor/outdoor pool, large hot tub, pool tables, putting greens, room to “party”

–       We have reserved 25 “inside” rooms @ $79 ea.

–       Make your reservation at 828-667-4501 group code CGTROY (by Sept 19)

–       6pm – Dinner at the Fiddlin Pig, BBQ, with live “Blue Grass”  Music at 7pm

 

Saturday Oct 18th

–       6:30 am Breakfast (Cracker Barrel or I-Hop)

–       7:30 am – arrive at Biltmore House to set up for Group Photo

–       9am – tour Biltmore House ($35 group rate), recommend $8 audio tour

–       1pm – Lunch at “the Biltmore Stables” (big lunch)

–       3pm  - tour Winery, wine tasting, wine purchase,…….

–       5pm – return to Hotel

–       6pm Wine & Cheese party at the Ramada (reserved a private area for us)

–       Make sure you bring something to share (cheese, crackers, fruit)

–       7pm Lies, Damn lies, and other stories

Sunday Oct 19th

–       7am Breakfast (Cracker Barrel or I-Hop)

–       8am leave hotel, traveling south west of the Great Smoky Mtns Natl Park .

–       9am Dragons Tail (318 Curves, in 11 miles)

–       10am Continue North to Knoxville , - and on to Home
